- Workout 3 was my first test of the 2024 CrossFit Games Quarterfinals season...did this one about 1.5 hours after all 4 workouts were released. While this one is not due until Monday, I chose to knock it out it first based on my fitness. I wanted to be fresh when doing some of the movements I'm not great at (i.e., TTB & RMU).
2024 Quarterfinal Workout #3 is:
For time, with a 15 minute cap:
3 rounds of:
10 handstand pushups (can be kipping)
20 toes to bar
directly into 2 rounds of:
10 strict handstand pushups
5 rope climbs (15')
directly into 1 round of:
10 wall-facing handstand pushups
20 ring muscle ups
Very challenging workout for me - enjoyed it!!

Huge respect ✊🏼
Huge thank you Dmitrii! I appreciate it!
Once again, very impressive. Good work this year, I’ve watched all of your tests thanks for posting.
Thank you very much Jason, I truly appreciate your support!! Unofficially getting excited for semi’s!
Man that looked brutal! Major props for kicking butt! I was feeling your pain watching you during the entire workout.
Thanks Andrew! I tried to push the beginning so I had time for the mu’s. Successful with that part of the plan, just couldn’t do mu’s very well, haha!
@@jgleich21 in class yesterday we were learning ring MUs…still working on that turnover and that was tough too! Kudos to you sir! Excited to see how you tackle the other workouts too.
@@chanman83 Good stuff, Andrew! Just finished #2...getting that uploaded soon. Appreciate the support!
Well done 👍
Awesome job. I hit a little bit of a brick wall going into the rope climb portion - only ended up with 109 reps. Will go for workout 2 tonight. Good.luck keep up the good work!
Those RC's were rough...the TTB took all my core away and my first couple climbs were awful! So I totally get that! Thanks for the support!
Thank you for sharing.
Thank you Chicho!
Wow, impressive🙂 Good luck on remaining three.
Thank you Elvir! 3 down, just #4 to do. Hitting it in about an hour…will have that video up later today!
Great, I will watch all of them💪

You’re quite welcome - thanks for watching Dave!
great job - looking forward to seeing the other workouts too 🔥
Thank you so much! #1 is live now...
You and your judge both did awesome! Very well done!
Totally agree with the judge comment Will! I am super grateful to David Simon who has judged my for darn near 10 years. He has taken so much time out of his life to help support my crazy journey to earn a spot at the Masters CrossFit Games. He does an incredible job and I love the counting! Thanks for your support!
great job dude!!! HSPU looked very strong. Rest well, looking forward to see you hit the next 3!
Appreciate that Sebastian! They felt great for this workout as well…was my core that was gone after the ttb and that hurt my rope climbs. Also left very little kip for the mu’s!
Nice work!
Thank you Shane!
Love the “yep” every time instead of rep 13🧘♂️
Haha…yes Josh, that one goes back to my triskaidekaphobic days. I’m much better with the superstition now, but David had been doing it so long, it stuck! Appreciate the support!
I smell a redo... Interesting you decided to start with this one. It's my favorite of the four. Awesome job!! Good luck on the other three.
Haha...redo was definitely a thought, but I do not plan to redo any of these QF workouts - unless I screw something up! Appreciate the continued support Ilich! 2 down, 2 to go!
Great🍾 🔥🔥🔥
Thank you Jackie!
Ugh - that looked rough. I think I’d have run out of time somewhere around the rope climbs. Way to keep moving.
I was really hoping my mu’s would be better, but it was what it was. Always something to work on! Appreciate your support!
Nice work
Appreciate it Normal!
